The Shavrov SH-2 was designed in 1930 and went through several variations so it fits as a Golden Era airplane. I like the clean lines and its unusual which is always a good thing in my book. I have already subscribed to the build thread.

I have asked to Ed Leineweber about the availability of a good 3 view of the airplane and he kindly set me in contact with the designer in Italy Francesco Rizzi. Francesco sent me the 3 view and so I started building from scratch a sort of 1/4 scale that is about 227 cm wingspan.
Wing is a NACA 4415 with aileron and flaps, two spars folded into 2 D boxes, Ribs are 1,5 mm balsa reinforced with diagonal spars. Final result is a stiff wing, weigth till now at 450 grams.
Goal is to have an electric version to rival with the Kadet senior.

Hey, guys ! I'm glad to see we've made the 'Top 40' 
My 15 year Grandson and I have been remodeling an old Garage on my property..We've done the drywall and painting, and we're sanding the floor.....Yep -this garage has a wood floor ! My Uncle manufactured 'Bay' style windows , and had tons of 5/4 exterior plywood to dispose of..He cut it into parquet style blocks about 20 " X 24", and dug 16" into the clay of our property, and started laying down the blocks with galvanized screws. Overlapping the blocks like bricks, we're all set.
Anyway, once we get all that done,(and my Grandson learns so many carpentry lessons), I'm moving all the unfinished models here, to be finished.
The Monocoupe has been calling me since the first of this year, so it'll be number one on the list, alongside the enlarged "Snow White'....

Finally the LoCamp has made the maiden flight even if in a windy sunday, take off weight is 5.9 Kg and the electric engine gives 600W at full throttle so pretty Golden Era powertrain

Hi Tom! Those look GREAT! I wonder how much a 1/3 scale set would cost? I'd like a pair for my Fly Baby bipe, and monoplane. I'm just now getting ready to re-start on my Pepino Lockheed Vega 5B. I'm going to continue with it in Amelia Earhart's livery. I can't seem to find any photos of the complete interior, however, just the cockpit view from the pilot's perspective. I'd really like a more detailed idea of the pilot seating arrangement. Any ideas from you and the brotherhood would be greatly appreciated! Blue Skies!

Tom, One more thing. Where can I find bungees for my 1/4 scale Cub gear? Are you using something special? One of my friends said, "just use ponytail ties!" Would they be strong enough? Thanks again!

One more question for the brotherhood: I'm looking for a Williams Brothers (or others!) 1/5 scale "Wasp" kit to use in my Pepino Lockheed Vega 5B. I have some parts of a kit, and a Tiano cast radial, but I'm missing a LOT of parts! (I'll build the missing parts if I can't find any, but I'd rather have the parts that fit!) I also have 5 NIP 1/4 scale "Wasp" cylinder kits that I had planned to use on a Kinner Sportster, that I'd be willing to trade towards the Williams Brothers kit, if there's any interest in them. Thanks again!

Assuming that the Pepino Vega's design is similar to other Vega design that I've seen, the interior isn't scale, and leaves little room for fitting it out in a scale fashion.
On mine, I gave up on using a pilot figure, too. Speaking of which, I have a 1/6 Amelia Earhart figure that I may be persuaded to part with.
