6-Flight Lines! Food On Site, Spectator Seating, Camping, 3,260 x 50 Foot Paved Runway, No Flying Restrictions, RV Parking (No Hook-Ups), there will be a $40.00 Camping fee. On Site Thursday Night Taco Night, Friday Night Pilots Dinner, On Site Banquet Dinner And Auction With 36 Spectacular Awards Including The "Pretigious" Colonel Robert Thacker Award.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Best In The West Jet Rally is a non-compete event, this is an open, fun-fly event with very few restrictions.
Best In The West is an AMA Sanctioned event. All Registered Pilots must have a valid AMA Card and must be a CURRENT Turbine Waiver holder.
If you plan on operating a turbine-powered model, you must show proof that you possess a current AMA Turbine Waiver. If you plan on only flying Electric ducted fans(EDF), you must only be AMA current. Please have this information available before you register.
All pilots who wish to participate in the event, and do not hold a AMA Turbine Waiver, you
may still register as a pilot. However, all Non-Waiver Pilots must fly on the buddy box system. If you would like to have a Turbine Waiver Pilot and CD sign you off, this may be done ONLY on Thursday at 6:00 PM. Please have all AMA papers with you. Please contact Joe if you are interested.
TENT:
If you plan on renting a Tent, we offer 20 x 20 and 10 x 10 Size tents, you may also rent Tent Sides, Tables, Chairs, Lights. Tents are not rented by first come, first serve.
Renting can be done by registering at www.bestinthewestjetrally.com, the page will re direct you to the RCFlightdeck page of Best in the West, you can rent everything you need from this site. Pilots may also bring there own pop-Up Tents, pop-up tents will be erected after all the rental tents, which will be in the 3rd and 4th rows.
CAMPING:
If you wish to camp on-site, you may rent a camp spot on rcflightdect for $40 all week. Camping for all Pilots and Crew who are registered in the show, Spectators are also welcomed to camp on site. No Hook-Ups, dry Camping Only. www.bestinthewestjetrally.com
FOOD:
Food service will be available on site.
Serving Breakfast and Lunch from
Thursday October 3rd, ends on Saturday October 5th, 2019. There will be plenty of food, water, and soft drinks available for purchase. Ice Cream Truck available on Friday and Saturday.

We are raffling off an awesome jet, the Havoc GTS, tickets are $50.00 each, you may purchase as many tickets as you like, tickets are limited to only 200, so if you plan on purchasing a ticket(s), now is the time, BITW is a month and a half away starting on Tuesday October 1st., through Sunday October 6th.. You may purchase your tickets a few ways, when you log onto the Best in the West website, you will be re directed to the RCFlightdeck site where BITW registration, and other show information is located. Please log onto www.bestinthewestjetrally.com and scroll down to the bottom left of the list to registration, three choices will open up: 1) Pilot Registration: you may register here for attending as a Pilot and purchase your Special raffle tickets as well as everything you may need including tent, tables, chairs, lights, sides, Thursday Taco Night, Friday Night Pilots Dinner, Banquet Dinner, etc, etc. 2) Vendor: Here you will use the Vendor Bar if you are attending as a vendor and need to rent all said above including the Special Raffle Tickets, you may also register as a pilot in the Vendor section, 3) General Tickets: This Bar is for anyone who will not attend BITW and if you are attending but not as a pilot or vendor and would like to purchase a Raffle Ticket, or a dinner ticket to any of the dinners etc etc.. One more way to purchase a Special Raffle Ticket, just send me a direct Paypal to: [email protected] for the amount of tickets purchased and leave a message of full name, cell number and address.
