canopy plug
I filed one of fibreglassed canopies with plaster so it is ready to be used as Canopy Plug,
The other canopy cut out to be frame on top of cleared canopy,
I am not sure if I make canopy door openable or fix, once I glue them together, then I will my final decision,

Nozzles and more details
I counted the nozzle and it has 15 sids, so I divided 360 decree to 15 and glued 3mm balsa on a oil can and follow by building op nozzle around it. Painted with mix of silver and black ceramic paint.
Added some more detail as photos too,

Ready to paint,
Hello guys,
I finally reached to the point to stop adding more detail :-)), so the model is ready to pain, though I will go for cockpit after paint.
I have used 80 meters of 0.7mm panel lines, and for the rivets I used "End Mill Bits" & 7mm distance between two rivets. The rivets has placed on both sides of lines. Little maths tell me there are over 20,000 rivets, , this is why my hands got vibration holding Rotary Tool for 3 days

Absolutely stunning Javad. Thanks for pinging me an email drawing my attention to this. Hope I get the chance to capture this Phantom in my 4K viewfinder in the not too distant future.

Painting
Hello again,
Spraying over the past 4-5 days, paint almost finished, not the best paint job though
I have a decals set to add on & my next challenge would be gear doors,

Nice one Javad.
I've been building a Krill 35% Extra this lockdown as well as sorting out a few issues with the rest of the fleet.
I'm just about to get back in to finishing my Airworld Hawk. I wasn't brave enough to paint it myself so Phil Noel did it, now I just need to complete the install and it's done. I've been building this thing since 2016 🤣

My limitation is about 2.2m wing span a 35% is huge, though they fly beautiful & I love watching them to fly.
Hawk looks nice too, hope we get back to fly soon,

Pipe and turbines,
Hi again,
I have ordered two Grumania single wall pipes, so I could make the fitting while making second wall with open hands. So I fixed inlet cone to hold the internal wall and added two brackets two the second wall but from back, so together they secure the pipe. It followed by installing turbines with about 4.5 degree angled down.

Fuel Tank & installation,
I made two 1 litre fuel tanks and reinforced them using Carbon Fibre Two and CA Super glue.
I started to run servo extension, wires, fuel pipe etc. I made two pieces platform to accommodate receiver, ECU, Valve etc, But god help me, its difficult to tidy up all huge mess on very small space

Ask Gaspar if running the fuel line against the cable might cause a problem, the fluid travelling creates a lot of static and i wonder how good the ESD resistance is.
I always try and separate the line and wires.

Thank you for your comment, plumbing is not finished, so I can separate them easily now, better to have a peace of mind ;-)

Little stupid mistake
Nose gear door is in two parts, one part opens to the front and the other part opens to right, so I put airframe on my desk inverted and hinged the door to the right,
Once hinges fixed and I turned the model, I saw door is opening to left
It is fixed now

Excellent build and I wish you every success with it!
Since I have a BVM F4 , same scale, but with AMT Pegasus power, about twice your thrust, a few points may help:
The BVM F4 tailpipes are exactly in line with scale datum, no extra downthrust needed and the model is not affected by pitch changes due to thrust, it is neutral. Mine also has the scale le slat of the J on the stab, and still not affected by jet efflux.
The C of G is 12 3/4 inches along the leading edge, from the root, as the LE is. 34 1/2 inches long so about 38 % along, beware, it is further forward than one might think !
Your model will be significantly lighter than mine, so I guess twin X45s will be perfect, they are quite brilliant engines, just installed mine in my BVM F16 ( original )
Good luck, I very much look forward to seeing it.
PS I have lots of F4 books and drawings inc the BVM ones if needed.
