60” will do the elevators. Rudder needs around 50”

Yes, they come with the new style. The vent insert is in the bottom of the tank with a long tube going to the top of the tank…clever people at CARF.

Yes, I guess the KT is not quite as good on fuel as the P-130 which seems really efficient, but I would expect you to meet your figures. Even when I’m racing 160 powered UF’s I get 6.5 minutes

They are on the Bolt to reduce fuselage temperature and for the same reason you can add them in the Evo
