Wow, I am holding way more up trim than 2 clicks and it never changes throughout the flight. Guess incidences are off or something. Cg was around 240-245 when it started getting sketchy to land.

How much up trim are you holding? I moved my cg so far back to the point it is very challenging to land and still can't get the up trim out. Kinda bummed because it doesnt fly as good as the old UF...

Looks great Dave! I like how you made the pipe flush with the end of the tailcone. Mine is sitting about 1 or 2cm back since I made it flush with the former
