Level is good. 100% need to glue something under to stop it flexing

My installation is almost identical. I added a plywood plate that was Hysoled under the gyro for stiffness.

Ok, Have Cortex all wired up So now I have grey wire left. So can I put grey wire in any empty port and then assign a 3way switch to it?

Well Thank you Skunkwrks But I have the Cortex not the Cortex Pro? I got it put in today and seems to work right The only issue I have is the Flaps don't seem to work right when I have the gyro on, when I turn gyro off flaps work like normal. That's why I was asking about grey wire, I ran the grey wire to open port 11 then put 3 way switch to it seems to work fine but I don't see cortex in device explorer either? so Im not sure if I don't have something quite right.

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a wheel cover inside the frame for this rebel classic. Have anybody designed a 3d printed part and want to share the file with me?

Thanks in advance.

Holger

Canadian Man -
I watched your video and see you put a radio tray on top the tank. That sure makes for a clean looking installation but will not maintenance and adjustments be a pain in the bottom? Do you need to pull the tank to reset the Cortex Pro?

[QUOTE=robersteam;12784780 [/QUOTE]

Thanks for the link...but
- this is not for a Rebel CLASSIC.... and it looks not the best design. So if I scale it up, it looks like a what ever, but not a fender for my nosewheel.
- this thing I have found by my self, but this not my "quality standart", sorry.

Thanks! Maintainence is no issue at all. Easy sollution. Run extensions from anything that needs adjusting.
1. Extension run from the gear controller and hidden to easy access area. So you can plug in the GSU into the port.
2. Cortex. Run an extension for the programming port. Can easily plug in a bind plug into the port to program.
3. ECU/DRM for turbine. Can access easily but if you want to I also ran a port to plug in a GSU.

There are many label makers out there these I made from an old Brady IDPal that I used when I was doing electrical work. These labels were on wires in our machines

I have had good success with the Brady M210. I like the yellow heat shrink tubing and the self adhesive labels are really good materials.
